With the launch of the V30 and V30 Pro versions in India in March, the Vivo V30e will be the most recent model in the Vivo V30 series.The smartphone is anticipated to go on sale in the second week of May after making its debut in India on May 2. Other Asian areas, including Malaysia and Indonesia, will also see this additional addition; however, launch dates for these markets have not yet been disclosed.
Vivo V30e to launch this week
The Vivo V30e is anticipated to be priced between Rs 25,000 and Rs 30,000, following the same course as its predecessor. It will come with the option of 128GB or 256GB of storage and 8GB RAM variants.This puts the V30e somewhat cheaper than the Vivo V30 regular model, which starts at Rs. 33,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant.
In terms of specs, a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor is anticipated to be included in the Vivo V30e. The phone is expected to come pre-installed with FutouchOS 14, a software that is based on Android 14.
In terms of the screen, the phone may have a 6.78-inch Full HD+ Curved Amoled screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Vivo had earlier given us a sneak peek at the phone’s design through promotional material. The phone featured a matte surface with a glossy strip contrasted with a deep wine color in the commercial teaser. The smartphone was also seen to include a special circular camera module with two lenses, a flash, and a glowing ring for improved low-light selfie performance.
Velvet Red and Silky Blue are the two color options for the phone that are anticipated to be offered in India. At the time of debut, Cloud White, the third option, could not be accessible in India. It is also expected that the phone will have a thickness of just 7.65mm.
A 50-megapixel primary sensor with an 8-megapixel ultrawide angle lens could be the phone’s primary camera setup. Furthermore, improved photo quality might be achieved with Vivo’s distinctive Aura light. It is expected that there would be 32 megapixels on the front camera.
A 5,500mAh battery with 44W cable charging compatibility is also anticipated for the Vivo V30e, offering speedy power-ups. NFC for flexible connectivity and a special Tough Body Armour for increased durability are two more anticipated features. It is anticipated that the phone will also have a Water Wet display, which is meant to function properly in rainy or damp hands.
